When revenue moves

Formation reserve fees deposit directly into authenticated ReserveVault streams during the trade. Creator revenue accrues in FormationMarket and can be paid through claimCreator. Permanent fees stay in the v4 position until someone harvests them.

Coinflip settlement deposits its reserve fee directly. Tic-Tac-Toe calls ShookGameFeeRouter, which deposits reserve and lottery fees atomically with decisive settlement. There is no separate reserve-flush method in the current game contracts.

Rounding destinations

Formation exact-output sell overage goes to reserve. Permanent harvested ETH uses floor(harvestedEth / 2) for the creator and the remainder for reserve. Coinflip payouts round down pro rata; after all winning weight has claimed, residual distributable dust is deposited into reserve.

Reserve is not automatic staking income

Reserve fees are reserve custody unless the owner configures a route. Staking can accept authenticated SHOOK through a callback route; ETH is unsupported by the staking receiver. The protocol does not automatically swap ETH fees into SHOOK, invest reserve assets, or guarantee a stream of supplemental staking revenue.

Gas is separate

Network gas is paid separately from protocol fees. Token approvals, trades, stakes, claims, and onchain game actions may each require transactions. Ordinary signed Tic-Tac-Toe moves can happen offchain, while settlement and dispute transactions require gas.
